CALLS FOR MEDICAL INFORMATION
Please feel free to call our office if you have questions about your medical condition or your medications. If you need a prescription refill, please ask your pharmacist to contact our office or you may also call our office directly. Please allow at least one working day for your prescription to be refilled.
PATIENT EDUCATION
Patient education is a priority of our practice. In addition to the one-on-one time that Dr. Karolewics and our nursing staff spend discussing your case with you, there are also numerous educational brochures, electronic resources and a patient library available in our office for your convenience.
INSURANCE, FEES AND BILLING
We accept most government and private insurance and will file claims directly to the insurance plan carrier. Please let us know of any changes in your medical coverage. Co-payments are due at the time of your office visit.
Our business staff will meet with you upon your initial visit to our office and answer any questions you may have about our billing. Should questions or problems concerning your bill arise, please contact us.
